Thrifty!!!

While Vintage will always be my first love, there’s loads of current finds to be had at ye olde thrift store. I was first introduced to thrift and consignment shops by my mother, and it was more a necessity than a hobby. And while I do okay for myself today, I love a good bargain just like the next girl!

Found this darling Betsey Johnson Dress for 4 bucks. I love the floral lace pattern and the pale pink hues reminds me of cherry blossoms. I have a feeling this will get a lot of wear this spring/summer. Here I paired it with a Nanette Lepore pinstripe blazer, also thrifted, for about 7 bucks. Some thrifted unlabeled mary-janes for 5 bucks and I’ve got an outfit for under 20 dollars. I threw in some vintage for good measure, my gold clutch from Thelmas Vanity and a hat I found at an antique store in Washington State.

So don’t get discouraged if your local thrift store has been ransacked by vintage junkies like me! Search those racks and get thrifty!
